房間不錯。乾淨衞生，離江邊很近，飯後可以沿着長江散步，離三峽遊客中心也很近！每天早上也不用起大早趕行程，就在遊客中心買票上船非常方便

I enjoyed my stay here. The location was great and the staff were very professional. There was a nice breakfast. I would strongly recommend paying a little bit more to get the river facing view.

酒店地理位置優越，早餐雖然簡單但品種齊全，最滿意的是有現磨的咖啡和鮮榨的果汁，比起宜昌其它酒店算規格不低了！但是辦理入住的時候就稱無法將我預訂的兩個房間安排在一起，我同一個訂單兩間同房型，無法安排在一層樓着實令人感到奇怪，難道在安排房間的時候沒有這方面的考慮嗎？這是欠妥之一。其次在攜程上訂的房間基本上現在都延遲扣款，我也沒有注意這家酒店是到店付款，於是前台問我收了一筆整數的預授權，現在還有酒店需要收取預授權，也有點驚到，好像已經很久沒有遇到這種情況了！入住以後房內設施和環境還是可以的，mini bar也是齊全的，但前台告知所有mini bar都是收費的，這在近幾年星級酒店入住中也很少遇到了！所以更加不用期待什麼夜床服務，什麼晚安甜湯之類的待遇了！晚上洗澡水非常小，而且等了至少五分鐘水才熱，差一點就要打電話問酒店這個水龍頭是不是沒有熱水了！第二天一大早六點半開始的早餐，宜昌這邊酒店早餐好像都衹到9點，這可能跟當地人生活習慣有關係，但對於旅遊度假的客人來説略顯的不怎麼友好！潦草地用完早餐就退房了，退房的時候很爽快，沒有提出任何要查房的要求，我們便離開了！約一個小時以後有一個來自酒店的電話問房間遺落一條褲子是否不需要了，我們表示確實是丟棄的，不用理會，對方便掛了電話，沒有確認任何其他訊息！接着預授權與實際房費的差額就退回了！本以為一切都已塵埃落定，旅行回家幾天以後，偶然地查詢發現當時扣繳的房費與攜程預訂時的金額不一致，差異不大但足以讓我好奇，遂詢問攜程客服！最終説因為當日在酒店消費了一衹浴缸套扣費15！what？什麼浴缸套？連洗個頭的時間都沒有的，到房間匆匆沖了一把澡倒頭就睡的我還有功夫夢遊泡澡？還申領了收費的浴缸套？太有意思了，這種完全不與客人確認私自從預授權扣費的行為是什麼操作？雖然這地方我應該不會再來，但也希望這個酒店平時細節管理能更周到些
